Quick 15 min AMRAP

Can be done anywhere and can be adjusted for beginner - advanced.

PLEASE WARM UP BEFORE BEGINNING WORKOUT.

Jumping Jax 20 

Air squat 15 

pushup 10 (knees, toes or using the wall) 

sit ups 5 ( floor, or standing bring single knee to chest and do 10)

Do these exercises as a circuit then repeat as many times as possible for 15 min.
