How do you define it?
I did some research and below you can find multiple definitions or interpretations of the word CHANGE!
Oxford defines change as:
1. make or become different
A. To cause to be different
B. To give a completely different form or appearance to; transform
C. Something different; variety
Sociologist define change:
1.Social Change:refers to any significant alteration over time in behavior patterns and cultural values and norms.

Psychologist define change in many ways but one broad definition I found is
1.sublimation - (psychology) modifying the natural expression of an impulse or instinct
No matter, how you define change for yourself you must be prepared for change. Prepare to be different! Plan to be successful. Accept that you may fail in order to remind yourself that you can get back up and try again!
I view change through fitness as a journey. There is not a quick fix! It is a journey of a multitude of changes; physiologically, psychologically, and physically.
